Work outside the scope of the monthly subscription, such as changes made to your internal systems that require us to remap the integration, is billed at a fixed hourly rate at €150. This is agreed upfront and rarely needed.

REST APIs (Wolt Marketplace Integrations)
We integrate against Wolt's official endpoints: Order API, Menu API, and Venue API for marketplace retail.
OAuth 2.0 with Bearer JWT
Wolt issues client credentials through your account manager. We handle the full token lifecycle. Access tokens refresh every hour, refresh tokens rotate every 30 days, all managed automatically so your venues never lose connection.
Managed within Wolt's published limits
Wolt rate limits apply at venue level. Our platform queues and throttles requests to stay inside these limits, so things stay stable even during peak order volumes.
Prices, discounts, inventory, and visibility via API
Per Wolt's integration model. Assortment creation itself is set up together with Wolt's onboarding team. We coordinate that step with you.
